Our comprehensive and accredited Train the Trainer Programs allow individuals to train others in the fields of etiquette and protocol, to develop their own skills and capacity to undertake business development with confidence.
The courses are carefully designed to allow candidates to develop transformational teaching to clients anywhere in the world, to build their own commercially successful business platforms, or just to expand and enhance their own knowledge of etiquette and protocol for social or professional gain.
Both programs contain all the key topics of British and western social and business etiquette and will be offered in London, New York and Singapore in 2022.

Train the Trainer (Grade 1) | Duration: 6 months
The first part of the training focuses on the core subjects of etiquette and protocol. The program begins with five days of intensive, in-person group training.
Shortly after the in-person element of the program concludes, the training switches to an exclusive online classroom.
The six modules are explored further using reading materials, worksheets, videos, audio lessons and other learning tools. At the end of the six months, candidates are sent an online examination.
Advanced Train the Trainer (Grade 2) | Duration: 6 months
For those who wish to further develop their understanding the second stage sees the exploration of more advanced areas of etiquette and protocol. As with Grade One, the program starts with five days of intensive, in-person group training.
Shortly after the in-person element of the program concludes, the training again switches to an exclusive online classroom.
The five modules are explored further using reading materials, worksheets, videos, audio lessons and other learning tools. At the end of the six months, candidates are sent the online examination.
Individuals may only enroll in the Advanced Train the Trainer Program after successfully completing Train the Trainer Grade 1.
For both certificates, students continue their learning using our private online classroom, where further content within each module is delivered each month, including mini-quizzes, documents, images, audio and videos.
