Plaza Proper Etiquette Evenings and The National Tour Evening Courses are comprised of small group courses aimed at young professionals. Held on select evenings from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., each intimate session covers a single etiquette topic or a combination of two topics over wine and hors d’oeuvres at The Palm Court in New York City and in-private dining rooms in other Fairmont Hotels. Light refreshments and wine are included in the course fee, which starts at $125 per person, per session.  Please be aware that some courses may be photographed or filmed.

There is a non-refundable $25 booking fee for each course.  Courses cannot be refunded or exchanged within two (2) weeks of a course date. Some courses may be filmed for local media and a documentary.
